1. Terms & Conditions
1.1 Nature of Sale
- All payments collected are for delegate registrations and Stalls for IMS and Global
Food Pro at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru.
1.2 Delivery of Passes
- Delegate passes will be delivered digitally only. A confirmation email and
electronic pass (e-ticket) will be sent to the registered email address once payment
has been successfully processed.
- The Organizers shall not be responsible for non-receipt of tickets due to incorrect
or incomplete email details entered by the Delegate.
1.3 Use of Delegate Passes
- Delegate passes are valid only for the named individual and are non-transferable,
except with prior written approval of the Organizers.
- Delegates must carry valid identification and present the digital pass at the
conference registration desk to access sessions.
1.4 Event Changes
- The Organizers reserve the right to amend the conference schedule, sessions, topics,
or speakers without prior notice.
- In the unlikely event that IMS Conference and Global Food Pro is cancelled in its
entirety by the Organizers, Delegates will be notified promptly, and refund or
credit arrangements will be communicated.
1.5 Limitation of Liability
- The Organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or
consequential losses arising from participation in, or inability to participate in,
IMS Conference and Global Food Pro.
1.6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru,
Karnataka, India.
2. Shipping / Delivery Policy
- All delegate passes are delivered electronically to the registered email address
upon successful payment confirmation.
- No physical passes, courier, or postal delivery will be provided.
- Delegates are solely responsible for ensuring that the email ID provided during
registration is accurate and accessible.
- In case you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment, please

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 No Refunds
- Once a delegate pass is purchased and payment confirmed, the registration is
non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.2 Transfers
- Delegates unable to attend may request a transfer of their pass to another person.
Such requests must:
- a) Be made in writing to the Organizers.
- b) Be received no later than 15 days before the event start date.
- c) Be approved at the sole discretion of the Organizers.
3.3 Event Cancellation
- If IMS Conference and Global Food Pro is cancelled by the Organizers, Delegates will
be informed promptly.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days using the
original mode of payment.
3.4 Force Majeure
- The Organizers shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification
of the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not
limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or civil
unrest.
